Market ban case timeline?

I was doing nothing wrong but trading like any normal person would during tots and recived a market ban. I have only been on the game for 2 weeks and forked out money late into the cycle for ultimate fc 26, bought the season pass. Start trading and get banned? The only real big coins on my account are from pulled tradeable cr7 from the fc pass. I traded up a few hundred k by trading icons but every time I was was only making 10-30k per card. Just normal trading. Now I’m market banned and all my coins are tied up during g tots… which is why I bought the game. To enjoy tots. How long do these investigations take? They have to see I did nothing wrong. I saw something about them trying to get back to me with it 24 hours. Is there a live chat option like in years past?
