Useless 117 OVR Compensation: Received a Duplicate Eden Hazard
Hello EA Community and Developers,
I am writing to share my frustration regarding the recent 117 OVR player compensation sent out for the Draft Vouchers bug.
I received a 117 OVR Eden Hazard from the pack. However, I already own a 122 OVR Hazard in my starting lineup. This makes the compensation completely useless for me, as a duplicate untradeable player of a lower rating provides zero value to my squad.
A compensation is meant to fix a negative experience, but receiving an unusable item feels like no fix at all. I have already contacted EA Help multiple times, but they stated they cannot manually change server-based rewards.
I believe that in cases of compensation, there should be a 'duplicate protection' or a way to exchange the item for a different player of the same OVR. I hope the development team sees this and considers a better approach for loyal players in the future.
