Matchmaking System is somehow broken

Hello to everyone, I think the past 2 months a lot of people and me have seen some matches on lower divisions (from Div 9-8 to Div 6-5) that they play against some players from the higher ones. I mean I used to play on Div 5 with some really good players and the games were pretty much on our level, nothing special, some good skills and that's all. The last month every game I play I go against div 3-2-1 players and there is no reason to play against them. I know that many players left the higher divisions because of the rewards but please make them play with each other. One of my friends is playing on Div 7 struggling to promote on Div 6 and he is still playing against sweats, smurfs (Please punish those guys with minimum one account per console or so) and even players from Div 2, this is a massive gap and I don't get why you managed to change this matchmaking system so much. I don't care about the patches I can easily adapt on any change that you make in every patch, but please fix this matchmaking system. I don't want to play the most hardcore games everytime if I want to play against a higher division player i will do it on WL not on Rivals. As for the smurfing thing find the sites and ban them even the players that they are get paid for smurfing and keep lower division a chaos for the casual gamers.
