Missing premium season pass

I still havent recived my premium season pass for preordering the game. I have been in contact with support 3 times and they have told me that they sent it to the technical team. However nothing has happened and its now only 5 days left. Any tips on what to do to recive what i have bought or where to contact to actually get it corrected?
