Rewards from pre-ordering

I pre-ordered FIFA 26 at the beginning of September. When I pre-ordered, I was promised a premium season pass. I quickly realized that I didn’t receive it and have contacted customer support several times. One agent told me it would be fixed within a day, another said within a week. Now there are only six days left in the season, and I still haven’t received what I was promised.

There are definitely other players experiencing the same issue .

can we expect any kind of compensation for this?
