Missing Rewards from EA FC 26 Premier League Final Twitch Drops

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I am writing regarding an issue with the Twitch Drops rewards for EA FC 26.

I watched the EA Premier League Final and made sure to meet the required watch times, including both the 15-minute and 60-minute milestones. Additionally, I have correctly linked my Twitch account to my EA account prior to watching the event.

However, despite fulfilling all the conditions, I have not received any of the corresponding rewards in-game.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and help me receive the rewards I earned.
