Missing UT Icon FC 26 with EA Play Pro on PC

Hey everyone,

I have an active EA Play Pro subscription on the EA App (PC). Today I installed FC 26 through my subscription and launched it, but I didn’t get the promised UT Icon.

On the EA App it clearly shows that EA Play Pro members should receive an Icon at the start of the game. I just want to understand why I didn’t get mine.

Has anyone else faced the same issue? Did you receive your Icon with EA Play Pro early access, or is there something specific I need to do to unlock it?

Any help would be really appreciated.
