Never get any icon or hero players or any good player from any events .

Dear ea, 
Am just confused am playing ea scince i was a kid is it normal that when am playing ultimate team the everyday and receive my reward ( ut pack) no pack no single pack at least reward my time and effort with an good or player from the events even the event is cornerstone or champions and etc. All the player i recieve is gold player is that normal that the weight of the pack is so so bad . Am so frustrated and disappointed . I see people receiving in their reward player with more tha million ut million coin cost and others recive more than 2 player in the pack  there is no fair in some people already had a perfect time rewarded by more and more elite players while some others struggling withe same time for a while hoping they rewarded by an elite player like those , its so sad that the case or playing become more harder and disappointing
