No transfer market access IN-GAME 60 hours after completing objectives

So it's been 60 hours since I completed required 'On you way' objective and I still have no access to transfer market and it says I need to complete already done objective. 

I paid $120 so I can have early access to transfer market and now it's a complete disaster
