Optimization

I have an Excalibur G770 laptop with an i7 11800H, RTX 3050, 24GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. I downloaded FC 26 and launched it, but I'm only getting 6 FPS. I've searched on Google, and it seems this is due to FC 26 optimization issues, and many people are experiencing reduced performance. I get a different FPS value each time I launch the game. I've seen a maximum of 100 FPS, then after exiting and re-entering, it drops to 30, then 18, then 60, so it constantly fluctuates. This is due to FC 26 optimization. Can you fix this error? In short, I can't play FC 26.
