PC hackers on Clubs

Just played against [Edit] a club of PC players who hacked the game so that my team mates and AI players couldn’t sprint. Other controls and stats were affected too. 

They are currently ranked 9th in the world and have clearly cheated against everyone they’ve played. The club and all of their players need to be permanently banned from the game.
