Persona not switching on webapp - lost my progress/squad

Hi, 

So I relinked my PSN to the same EA account. Given the EA account retains the progress and squad it should have loaded up my squad (Valour) but it created a new one (Bari FC). 

And the main problem now is the webapp is not letting me switch back to my old persona squad. It is giving me the attached error. Have been trying since yesterday
