Problem with Ultimate Team Access

Hi,

I’ve been having problems with Ultimate Team. At first, I got kicked out after winning or losing certain matches. Then, after a couple of days, I couldn’t access Ultimate Team at all, even though the web app works fine. I also tried restarting my internet and changing my region from New Zealand to Israel, but it didn’t help. I’m not sure what’s wrong and need your help to fix it.

Hey there. I wouldn't recommend changing your region. That can cause issues. It should always match the region you're located in.

Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then create an empty squad and try loading into UT. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
