ye its been about 2months for me too, web app works fine but the games menus ect just a joke 

have sky not give any like troubleshooting advice or things to try change?

I doubt Sky can do anything as the game was fine at the beginning, An EA patch caused this. I can’t remember which one it was. Possibly the one which nerfed finesse shots. But it was after a patch all the issues began occurring
