Purchased $450 worth of FC Points & did not receive them, help please!!!!!
I have purchased $450 worth of FC points and have not received them. I play in PC thru Steam, the way I purchased the FC points was
- $150 FC 25 Points through BestBuy
- $300 FC 26 Points through Amazon
Yes I know I messed up on the Best Buy points I accidentally bought them for FC 25 the reason was because there was no $150 option other than that one and so I bought them without paying full attention
the Amazon FC Points were bought for the Xbox in the instructions they said you can redeem them through the Xbox App on PC so I figured since my Xbox account Andy EA account are linked they would redeem to my EA account, that was not the case.
there’s a couple of things I wish to be addressed
- I have tried to contact EA through EA Help once a case is opened and an advisor contacts me they have asked for more information, how is it that I can reply I’ve tried to reply to that email directly but I get another email from EA saying they don’t monitor the email address I’m replying to so my message isn’t being delivered how are you meant to reply to an advisor when the email you?
- the second and most important problem is the $450 I’ve spent, why is it that EA can’t just assign the FC Points I have purchased to my account. EA has received my money yet I haven’t received what I purchased
last thing I want to address is both Amazon and Best Buy don’t refund on digital items, I have tried to contact Amazon for a refund but what they said was, to contact the software company that assigns those digital goods which is EA I have 4 cases open with EA because the only way I can find to reply to them once they reply is to open another case and list the number of the case I’m replying to, the last reply I got from EA was to contact the retailers I purchased from for a refund, so I’m basically being led in a circle one company says to contact the other
