Request for Goodwill Review - 12yo accidentally submitted Ultimate Team into SBC

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping an EA Community Manager may be able to advise whether my support case can receive an internal goodwill review.

My 12-year-old son accidentally submitted his main Ultimate Team squad into an SBC after misunderstanding the confirmation messages.

He lost months of progress, including several unique Evolution players, such as a 96-rated Evolution Tchouaméni.

EA Help advised that SBC submissions are normally final, which I understand. However, this was a genuine mistake by a child and I’m simply asking whether a one-time goodwill review is possible.
