Hello, I am experiencing an issue with an Evolution from Season Pass 5.
I purchased the pass and received the delayed rewards, but one Evolution remained corrupted.
I cannot claim it on PS5 or the Web App, and it is blocking my packs and inventory actions.
I have already completed all troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.
Please review this case and remove or reassign the corrupted Evolution. Thank you.”
