Season Pass Rewards are broken through the companion app

I was on the companion app trying to claim all my season rewards and when i did all i got was some of the players like charles and dembele and some mid packs but when it came to choices like rogers no pack or player was given yet as i wasnt given any choice. When I got on my account on the ps5 i noticed this when the pass says I’ve claimed the reward yet I haven’t gotten anything and I dont the choice to claim any reward. After further inspection ive found i havent even got the good packs like the 85+ or players like ward prowse. I attached my recents for proof.
