Southwest U.S. Players Still Can’t Access Ultimate Team (FC 26)

I’m reaching out on behalf of myself and other players in the Southwest region of the United States (Texas, Arizona, parts of California, and surrounding areas). For the past several days, we have been unable to connect to Ultimate Team in EA FC 26. The error message we consistently receive is:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”

This issue seems to be specific to our region. Other modes in FC 26 work fine, and players in other parts of the U.S. are reporting normal access. Some users have found temporary workarounds using VPNs, which suggests this may be a regional server or routing problem.

We’d really appreciate:

• Acknowledgement that this problem is being investigated.
• Updates on whether the issue is tied to specific servers or ISPs.
• An ETA or guidance on when Ultimate Team will be accessible again in our region.

This has been going on for multiple days, and it’s especially frustrating for those of us who pre-ordered or bought early access expecting to play Ultimate Team right away.
