I haven't received the rewards for last week's squad battles and rivals.

Anyone else got this issue? I only got the coins, but the packs didn't show up on the store.

I am writing to report that my Squad Battles weekly rewards in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team have not appeared in my account after the weekly reset.

I played Squad Battles during the previous week and believe I qualified for rewards, but I have not received the reward packs, coins, or any notification to claim them. I have already tried restarting the game, logging out and back into Ultimate Team, and checking the Store and Squad Battles rewards section, but the rewards are still missing.
