I would not consider 80 low rated, a bronze or silver team is low rated and you should probably be able to beat on legendary level. 80 rated is more mid level in my opinion. Additionally, lots of people in forums and on youtube videos have indicated that legendary is generally easier than world class, so you might want try legendary instead of world class form that level.
I believe that semi-pro is where players stay at their actual level for squad battles. Professional is a slight boost and than world class will be a higher boost, etc.
