STAR IN MOTION

Hello, I have been playing ultimate team during november 1st but didnt get star in motion evo. Does anyone have this problem too?

Same, did not recive it. Just like i did not recive my season pass for buying ultimate edititon. EA didnt help at all then, and wont help for shhh now
