Still haven’t received my fc points

I redeemed 5900 fc points on my Xbox app on my pc, booted up and nothing was there, I even downloaded fc 26 on my Xbox to see if they went to that account, nope nothing! 
I spoke to Xbox and they told me to contact ea, ea then closed my case! It’s been over a month and still nothing! 
spent £40+  it’s a joke
