Tactics pointless

Tactics and player roles restricts so much this game can offer. 

Player roles in career mode hold players into cages, midfielders never track to help defenders, CPU constantly overload your own box then square the ball and tap it in. Repetitive predictable gameplay, every team plays like barca 2012 even in league 2 etc. 

The menus are so slow and buggy, the quick tactics in game barely work and the overlay options stay on the screen which then prevents you from being able to pause it.
