Hi mate, sorry to hear that.

In Türkiye, we’ve been having issues with internet service providers that cause disconnects and high ping in the game, so people often try to fix the problems themselves. Also, from 6 p.m. until midnight, because there are so many players online, these issues get much worse. I’ve lost a lot of ranked matches purely because of these connection problems.

I hope these issues can be fixed and that MadComa’s ban will be lifted.
