If you spent on points and packs then you are there dummy and deserved it.
Why not? I used to waste FIFA Points on Drafts, and guess what — every game I faced a hacker and got no Draft Token back, except for one time. I used to record whenever this happened and send the videos to support, but they said they couldn’t do anything lol
This happened to me this year. I never spent money on FIFA Points in previous versions, but in this one I saw some potential in the first week, so I spent a bit… and guess what? Still got nothing lol
