Tomori or pack compensation

I got the 3x84 and suprise suprise got 3 84's.....so I'd not worry 

Hahah yeah I get that mate. It's more for transparency and clarity about what's going on, and it could happen in the future again. Also, with fodder being annoying to get at moment an 84x3 would be alright to have

So I'm one of the people who got Tomori today, the issue was and still is to an extent that using the claim all feature on the season ladder would auto-assign the reward instead of giving a multiple choice between player card or packs. so for the 38, 39 and 40 were all multiple choice rewards- although only 39 (Rogers) and 40 (Tomori) were player cards or packs. I wanted both to get Rogers and Tomori instead of packs, so was pretty frustrated when I got packs. I and others raised this issue here on the forums to which EA_Darko said 'it's working as intended, when you click claim all you should get a choice- issue solved.' to which everyone posted video clips of it not working as intended, and only after 100+ people proved it was bugging out and not giving the choice they then finally said 'ok it's not working as intended, we are looking into it.' this was a month a ago nearly. Today we receive just one of the cards (Tomori), I am still annoyed that Rogers was also not given. But I agree they should have just given today as compensation to everyone that reached rank 40 all of the multiple choice rewards that they were not able to get.

I completely understand where you're coming from and you absolutely should have been compensated earlier. I'm happy that you have been now, although getting the Rogers would have been helpful for yourself.

Your last point is where my issue lies, I myself did not claim all and was not compensated which makes sense. However, my friend also did not claim all and chose the packs over Tomori and was then given Tomori this morning. I've seen across Reddit and X that this has happened to others too. They've made a mess of giving out compensation and should just give to everyone now. Although it's only an 84x3, at this stage of the game with the power curve being how it is, that 84x3 would be very helpful and I can't help but feel a bit annoyed by it.

Same they should sent to all or not sending at all to be fair
