Transfer banned

I received a email saying I was banned from the transfer market and was pretty confused! I went onto my companion app after not going on the game for a couple of days to notice my ultimate team was hacked. They sold my 3 tradable players van der sar rating reload leny yoro and scream Jeremy frimpong and use the coins + 500k I already had to trade to them selfs resulting in the ban! For some reason it won’t let me dispute the ban I then wake up today to a second transfer ban even though my account was secured and already had a transfer ban which I can not also dispute! Any ideas what I’m suppose to do now.
