Ultimate Team blocked by account/club limit on existing club (PSN)

I cannot access Ultimate Team at all.

The game shows an account/club limit message, even though I am trying to enter my existing club on my existing EA account.

I am NOT creating a new club.

The limit triggers incorrectly and completely blocks UT access.

EA Support confirmed this issue is already registered as a general problem and advised me to post here so my account can be linked to this bug.
