In FULL honesty. i COMPLETELY agree with you FC 26 is...very bad BUT honestly is WAY better in gameplay-wise compared to Fc 25 or even fc 24. I think, all this fc 26 game needs is just some changes MOSTLY on the AI behavior AND the ''scripting''. But, Yeah this game needs to be WAY better for a 90+ dollar game.
I think the good gameplay and feel of realism effect ended after Fifa 20
I dont deny that there were some meta moves or issues to be abused like super accurate finesse shots or etc. but until Fifa21; the game had some realistic features,tactics did matter,you could be a more defensive or more offensive player according to your play style at those times.
You might park the bus when you are ahead of 1 goal and it could work sometimes,
You might get ultra attacking when behind and it could work sometimes
or when you had a good header/physical type player you could use crosses to get goals
Now nothing matters ,it's "just run and score goals "
On most of my matches,we score in turns with my opponent and whoever the score the latest goal before last whistle wins the game:)
