I cannot believe i have had to put this on here... I have tried live chat numerous times but this is where they are pointing me... My son who has autism has made 19 transactions that i did not autho...

This has happened a lot. hope you get this resolved. Contacting your bank would also be a good idea.
I'm not entirely sure what contacting the bank can do, since he would literally be saying "my son made these transactions", I doubt they will be any more "helpful" than EA would be.
I would recommend the same thing I say in all these scenarios, do NOT have your credit card attached to your XBOX if other people are going to be using it.
