Unbanned → Pre-ordered on another account → Bonuses not on my main account
Hello EA Team,
My main account was recently unbanned. During the time it was banned, I had no choice but to pre-order EA Sports FC 26 on another account, because I thought my main was lost permanently.
The issue is that now all my pre-order bonuses (Player Pick, FIFA Points, etc.) are locked to that second account. However, all of my FUT history and progression are on my main account, and now that I have access again, I want to continue there.
I already contacted EA Help through live chat. They informed me that they could not resolve this and advised me to post here on the forums so that a community manager could potentially escalate my case.
I can provide proof of:
- my pre-order purchase (PlayStation Store transaction)
- my unban
- my earlier EA Help chat conversation
It feels unfair that I cannot use my bonuses on my main account simply because I didn’t have access to it at the time of pre-order. I kindly request that this situation is reviewed and escalated to the appropriate team, so that my pre-order bonuses can be moved to my main account.
