Was today’s patch also released on PC?

I’m wondering because the last thing in the update history of the game on Steam is from 2 weeks ago and is just a list of things to come in the next patch.

It was released on console today but I’m not sure about PC.

I have just loaded up my PC and was expecting to see it, but I can't see anything. The lack of notes, communication (even on the website) is shocking really.&nbsp;
