Web App / Transfer Market locked on Web/Companion App despite 300+ hours
Hi, I’m writing because I’m experiencing a persistent issue with my FC 26 Web App access. I have been playing on PS5 for over 320 hours. I play almost every day, completing Rush points, Division Rivals, and every single Weekend League (Champs).
The Transfer Market is unlocked and working perfectly on my console, but the Web App and Companion App still show it as locked. I’ve contacted EA Help via chat and they couldn't find a solution, even though I clearly meet all the requirements (account in good standing, high engagement, and months of active play).
It seems like a sync issue between my PS5 persona and the Web App. Is there any way an EA representative could look into my account (ID: Lxwyn1825) and refresh my permissions? I’ve already tried clearing cache and re-logging, but nothing works. Any help would be appreciated."
