I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 TOTY Edition on PS5. Instead it downloaded the standard version with non of the TOTY Edition rewards, packs, or picks! — Where is my TOTY Edition that I bought EA?? Is this a scam??

Community ManagerEA_Darko no it shows that I own the standard version. I don't see the "TOTY Edition" anywhere. I can only see it in my transaction history (see attached) where it specifically mentions that I bought "EA SPORTS FC 26 TOTY Edition", and also when I bought it from a promo welcome page while playing my FC 24.
And no I never share my account with anyone!
Community ManagerHey MOO-PARZIVAL when you check your My Game Library on the PSN does it show as the TOTY Edition of the game?
We don't have any oversight into the PSN side, so we can't see what exactly you purchased. Do you share your account with anyone?
