who decided to ruin pro-clubs?

just a few years ago, you would join a lobby, people with mics would link up, good old fashioned trash talking. fun times. somehow.....you decided to take that away from us. NOONE in pro clubs drop-in talks. it's boring. it's dead. BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM. THE OLD LOBBY FORMAT. BRING BACK MICS. I hope the new folks that bought EA do something about this. because yall dont seem to care. I honestly don't even know how to communicate with my teammates on drop-in matches. it's terrible. who decided this was a good move? FIRE THAT PERSON!!!
