Why no VAR in FC 26?

VAR is a huge part of football today, so it feels odd that a game aiming for realism still doesn’t include it.

I get the argument that “the game doesn’t make mistakes,” but then why do goalkeepers mess up? And why was goal-line tech added before?

VAR adds drama and realism therefore why leave it out?

these same ideas will make EA Sports spend a lot to simulate this kind of realism. It would take many years of work, and since the game is released every year, it’s impossible for them to complete all the coding in just one year.
