Wrongfully banned FC26

I have been banned now for almost 2 weeks without any evidence as to why. I sold my WW Valverde after trying him when he first came out and sold him only to find my account got banned when I tried logging in. I have raised it with the TOS people and they haven’t said or done anything to help despite me constantly messaging them for the past 2 weeks! I also received 2 emails that say 1 saying I was Perma banned and then 20 minutes later one saying I was banned for 2 weeks (I find out today in about 6 hours if the 2 week ban will be lifted). No one is reaching out to help despite the countless messages I’ve sent and when I’ve discussed with EA help support they also have no idea. Wtf am I meant to do, I don’t know if my account was hacked, wrongfully banned or if I did something.

this isn’t even the first time this has happened, I logged into my account after not playing for a couple weeks (this was last month) to find my coins had been transferred and they only left 80k, I contacted TOS and then they gave me a warning and took the rest of my coins away even though they did say they noticed someone had logged into my account. What is wrong with these fricken people man, yall can’t help with S**t
