Cant buy fc points

So after having extremly bad Support experience i am stating my Problem here since more people seem to have the same problem. I can‘t buy FC Points.

It does not work on the Companion Website and it does not work on the console.

Companion Website: i click on the plus to buy fc points. I get this error: There was an issue when attempting to authenticate with the PlayStation®Store. Please try again

In Game: There has been an error with the FC Store Checkout, please try again later.

i tried to buy coins directly from the PS Store and the payment went through but my Points were never added to the balance.

Im assuming there is a Problem between PS Network and EA. Since EA told me its an PlayStation issue and PlayStation told me its an EA issue. I saw multiple people with the same issue, some Posts are from around one year ago and there seems to be no solution.

I contacted both support several times and Its unbelievable, the EA Support even ends the Chat in the middle of the Convo.
