To recap the issue: right after the update on June 4, 2026, my coin balance completely reset to 0. Prior to the update, I had approximately 600,000 coins in my wallet.

That's a serious issue and I'd recommend opening a support case if you haven't already. A coin balance doesn't normally reset to zero after a game update. If you had around 600,000 coins before the June 4 update and they disappeared immediately afterward, EA should be able to review your account logs and determine what happened.
Make sure to provide as much information as possible, including the platform you're playing on, the approximate coin balance before the update, the exact date you noticed the coins were missing, and whether you received any notifications about coin removal or transfer market sanctions. Hopefully it's just an account sync issue or a bug introduced by the update, but losing that many coins without explanation is definitely not acceptable.
