What seems to have worked last night is clearing my squad and sending everyone to the club and making a blank squad active through the app. You cannot have 2FA disabled and enter the app, it forces you to enable it.

Season online works fine. I can play other people. It’s an EA issue. They need to fix it as others are impacted too.

This seems less like a PS5 install issue and more like an EA account or Ultimate Team session problem. Since reinstalling, restoring licenses, and changing 2FA did not help, I’d keep 2FA on, log out from the console and web app, clear active EA sessions from account security, then try logging in again. A basic player support guide may also help rule out server status, authentication, or account access issues before opening a support case.

I was lucky to get them on live chat twice. Last night and this morning. I told them others were affected too and to raise it to 2nd level support at this stage. I never had this issue before. It started on 11 May at around 11pm BST.

Same problem since 4 days.... Nobody from EA side response on any platform.
