“Did not receive Premium Edition bonuses after purchase”

Hello EA Support,

I purchased EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition on PC (Steam) on 19 September 2025.
However, I did not receive my FIFA Points, Season rewards, or the Icon Pack that should be included with this edition.

I have attached a screenshot from my Steam account as proof of purchase.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
