“Severe FPS Drops During Corners and Gameplay on PC Despite Ultra Settings”

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing severe FPS drops during corners and general gameplay in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. My system is a Ryzen 7 7535HS CPU and RTX 4050 6GB GPU with 16GB RAM. I run the game on Ultra settings, yet it still stutters badly, especially during corner kicks.

I have already tried the following: lowering graphics settings including crowd, grass, shadows, and rendering quality; turning off VSync; closing all background applications; and monitoring CPU, GPU, and VRAM usage.

Despite these adjustments, FPS still drops from around 70–75 to about 40 during corners, which makes gameplay frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known optimization problem on PC, or are there settings, patches, or workarounds that can help stabilize FPS during set pieces? Any advice would be appreciated.
