Bugged evo‼️‼️

Please EA I beg on my hands and knees for you to remove this evolution bug from my account. I’ve had it for months and nobody can seem to help me. It cannot be applied or claimed as it is server linked please I beg to clear it I’ve waited long enough now. My PSN is below and I give you full access to do anything you need on my account just remove this evolution so I can open my packs please!!!

If you want to take a risk, it might work if you delete the game and reinstall it. I have done this with an earlier game and it worked but I don't know whether it would work with fc 26
