10 Hour Trial Not Working
restarted everything, tried everything.. Nothing changes, 3 Options - Fc News , Learn to play , Upgrade. Guess its only an hour to wait now but even so how do i know it aint gonna be like this at 00:00

same here mate, pre ordered the standard but because i’ve got game pass ultimate i’ve got ea play. i just want the 10 hour trial. the games a joke, same thing happened to me last fifa. even when i press upgrade and try to “rebuy” a game ive already bought it says product no longer available.
this company is a joke ive been waiting for 11 hours to play the game and they cant fix the issue, I have to pray i dont have any other issues in an hour
Yea I have the exact same problem, tried deleting the game multiple times and even that hasn’t worked. Really hope everyone who experienced this problem gets a compensation pack or something
Ive also had that problem and was gonna buy the ultimate edition when I get paid at midnight. Can you let me know if it works? Other wise im not paying £90 for a game that doesnt work yet
