Hi guys my grandson and I have played 12/14 hours day doing 3 games using FC companion and that is around 25 times on each account and quess what yep still not open we don't have no history of breaking the rules I've been playing FIFA since 2002 

If not do not open it very soon I'm definitely deleting my account as this is shocking

Yesterday got on chat with EA sent screen shot of the text stuck on screen while playing again and this advisor said what do you want me to do about it then cut me off then other advisors said send us the pic so did then she said open new case cut me off....all I wanted to do was put in complaint formally
