Can’t access team management mid game

Question

It’s not a consistent issue but when I go to make my super subs on team management it takes me immediately out of team management when selecting it. This issue is pretty irritating and hopefully it has already been addressed.

I have the same problem. I can't do team changes, since the game don't let me enter team management screen at mid game.
