5 FPS/GPU AT 100% ON NVIDIA GRAPHIC CARDS
The first few times I played EA FC 26, the game ran quite smoothly, with a consistent 60+ fps at medium settings and the graphics card at 70-80%. However, from the fifth time I opened the game, it started crashing spectacularly. Now, once matches started, they ran at 5 fps, forcing the graphics card to 100% as if it were being overworked to run the game at such a deplorable framerate.
Since that day, to even be able to play a friendly match in this game (that costs me over $50), I've had to try everything: configuring settings in the Nvidia control panel, reinstalling the game, clearing the DirectX cache, reverting to an older version of graphics drivers just to get it to run properly, and absolutely nothing has worked.
From what I've been able to research, this problem is becoming more frequent among Nvidia users, specifically those playing on laptops with an RTX 3050 (the graphics card in my PC), which is very strange because this video card is capable of running it smoothly.
I've been dealing with this problem for a month now, and almost every day I waste my time trying superficial solutions, tinkering with settings, sending messages to the company to fix this outrage, and nothing has happened. They boasted about releasing a patch in early 2026 that would fix the stability issue, but the game is still just as broken... And with every PC restart, every hour I spend searching for solutions, I regret even more having given my money to a game that, far from entertaining me, has done nothing but give me headaches.
