I spent so much money on your game, yet it constantly has problems and connection issues. This is really frustrating.
And this isn’t the first time either. I’ve had enough of these repeated issues.

I was two steps away from level 3 three days ago. Now I am on level 5 in the middle.. The last two days have been ridiculously bad. I have strengthened my squad during this period with several 96 rated players and done additional optimizations.
When playing Champions, I have to wait 20 minutes before finding a player with a ping lower than 150 ms. This has nothing to do with my superfast connection but EAs ancient servers and the cheaters using their "tools" which is modifying their pings.
Why not pan all players in Champions with a ping above 70 ms?
Let them play among the other cheaters on a dedicated server. 95% of the cheaters I meet come from the same big country in the East which I cannot mention because then EA will ban me here. Why not let these cheaters cheat among themselves on a dedicated server as well?
As soon as my 97 striker approaches the other goal, I get tackled perfectly every time.
This is not a game, it's a sh#tshow.
There seems to be a bug in this tournament everyday now since it was released the 1st game I go into immediately disconnects and kicks me out…when I get back in it gives me a DNF which is completely unacceptable especially since there’s only 3 matches a day you can play in this mode.
This is extremely unfair and my internet connection is completely fine, I hate the fact that im being penalised because there’s a breakdown in EA servers.
im not naive enough to think EA will make this right since all concerns go unanswered on this platform but hopefully more people have been experiencing this issue and will speak up on it.
We just looking for a fair experience that’s all, that should be the bare minimum not something we have to beg for.
