A Win Didn’t count

Hi,

I just had a match where my opponent quit in the middle of the game while I was winning. The problem is that the match didn’t count on my record at all.

I can see the player in my “recently met” list and I can see his name in EA chat, so the match clearly happened. But I can’t see the actual game in my match history, and the win was not recorded.

This is really frustrating. If someone quits mid-game, the win should count. Can someone please look into this?
